Spinal Decompression

Persistent back pain or sciatica keeping you from enjoying life?

Spinal  & Cervical decompression therapy is a non-surgical, gentle approach designed to relieve pressure on spinal discs and nerves, helping many patients find lasting relief from chronic pain.

How Spinal Decompression Can Help:

Spinal decompression may support relief from:

Herniated or bulging discs
Sciatica and nerve pain
Chronic lower back pain
Neck pain and stiffness
Low back pain
Muscle spasms & muscle strains
Numbness in the neck, shoulders, arms & hands
Flexibility, mobility & range of motion

By gently stretching the spine, decompression therapy creates negative pressure within the discs, promoting natural healing and reducing pain signals. This approach is often a preferred alternative to surgery for patients seeking a non-invasive solution.

What To Expect

Your decompression session is tailored to your body’s needs. We will assess your specific condition and guide you through a series of gentle, controlled stretches designed to relieve pressure and restore alignment.

You’ll start out seated and are gently leaned back into a relaxed position.

Unlike other decompression devices, our innovative Back on Trac chair doesn’t use any restrictive belts, harnesses, or restraints.

A custom attachment can also target cervical disc issues in the neck, which often manifests as severe neck, shoulder, or arm pain.

Sessions are comfortable, often lasting 20-30 minutes, and may be combined with other therapies like chiropractic adjustments or soft tissue work for optimal results.

Optional vibration and heat make the Back on Trac therapy particularly comfortable and relaxing!
